About the Deposite of making order

5/18/2010 It is the middle of the May,as the commomn rules it is the Lead time of the buyers .The wohle office are very busy making differnt kinds of documents ,Pl,Shippment,Orderand so on .But the most important thing is the payment for furnitures.As usually ,we will always receive 30% deposit for the orders and the rest are paying when loading  the furnitures .Generally speaking ,there are not big problems in this process base on our factory's rules ,expect the special problems  for example,some clients are urgent in money and at this time they will require us that bring down the quantity of deposite ;corresponding to this case ,we could still change our rules,as their convenient. It happened somedays ago.
This client comes from Hunan ,running a big shop buying Hotel Furniture ,making this order when hie is opportune in need of money and we just receive 20% deposite of that order.As the content lead time is 40 days ,the rest payment of furnitures should pay when loading of the day.It arise a big problem on the payment of client who said he is in urgent need money  beacuse ther is something wrong with his furniture shop  but also he needs this goods .As a manufacturer ,we don' actually  accept offering.Our boss consultation with him many times ,but haven't any effects about the payment .The result is that we are unsatisfied both of us and client,of course we cant'  cooperate finally.
According to business rules,manufacturer can recpit the deposite howevery client didn't take deliver of furnitures .But it is a big loss because products of  made-to-order are always difficult to buy to others.
Above mention ,we come to a conclusion that making orders should rewuire clients offer 30% deposite for us ,to avoide making a loss.
